We have over 25 years combined industry experience. We pride ourselves on being at the forefront of efficiency innovations across all our disciplines. In simple terms a heat pump is a device that moves heat from one location to another by using small amounts of energy. There are two main types of heat pumps that use either the air or the ground as their source of energy.

Heat pumps enable you to make use of renewable energy sources while reducing your carbon footprint. The Renewable Heat Incentive (RHI) is a UK Government scheme set up to encourage uptake of renewable heat technologies amongst householders, communities and businesses through financial incentives. It is the first of its kind in the world and the UK Government expects the RHI to contribute towards the 2020 ambition of 12% of heating coming from renewable sources.

Our experienced engineers are Gas Safe registered and trained to the highest standards. Our knowledge and experience will ensure that you receive the right advice and get the best possible solution for you and your home every time.

The most common boiler installed would be a combi boiler, they combine water and central heating in one and means there is no need for an external water tank.
A system boiler does need a water tank which stores hot water, the central heating is carried out by the boiler.
Standard boilers require hot and cold water tanks and are more common to older homes with heating and storage systems installed.
With a water-based underfloor heating system, a series of pipes connected to a boiler via a manifold circulates warm water throughout the floor to heat the space.
Because the heat emitted from an underfloor system is more evenly distributed than a single radiator, the system can use water at a lower temperature.
So it's a more efficient way of heating your home.
Underfloor heating is generally associated with stone or tiled floors, but you can fit it in a carpeted room - you'll just need to ensure that the carpet and underlay isn't so dense that it stops the heat moving upwards (a tog of no more than 2.5 is a general rule of thumb).
Mechanical Ventilation systems are systems that provide better indoor air quality in homes and commercial buildings by extracting stale air or by supplying fresh air, some systems will extract and supply.
A Mechanical Ventilation Heat Recovery (MVHR) system is an energy recovery ventilation system that uses an air-to-air heat exchanger that recovers heat that is usually wasted.
It works by supply and extracting airflows in and out of homes and buildings to ensure a better indoor air quality.
Heat recovery units can recover up to 90% of normally lost heat depending on the unit and the application.
