After a lot of searching we found this company and arranged a visit to discus our requirements and view the heaters. We purchased a wall mounted bar heater for a craft room and a ceiling mounted illuminated heating panel for the bathroom. Both products work brilliantly and have exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend this company, first class customer service.

I bought a bar heater from this company 3 years ago. I was given very good advise on what size I needed for the size of my studio and my bar heater not only looks stylish high up on the wall it heats up the space perfectly and economically. My only problem is I cant always find the remote so Ive just ordered a spare.

After a lot of research, we decided to swap out our gas central heating for infrared. We bought all of our panels from Mohammed at Infrared Heating Supplies Bolton. We are so happy we went down this route, as they are performing well and are very cheap to run. We particularly like the fact we can control each individual unit in specific zones from our phones which means we can use the panels as and when we need them and set timers which is particularly useful in the mornings when we come down to a warm space. Additionally, they are very low wattage; we have 700 watt heaters in our double bedrooms and 450 watts in the single bedroom.

The living room which is approximately 6.6 x 3.5 m is warm enough using only 2 panels (700w and 450w). Thus we have seen a significant saving in our energy bills. I would highly recommend Infrared Heating Supplies as they are very customer focussed and they provide a very competitive and superior alternative to air source heat pumps.

Absolutely brilliant can be custom design with picture very economical to use have one in bedroom heats whole of my flat really well.

We purchased 3 under desk curved infrared panels fantastic produce and costs very to little to run. All are workers are cosy warm. An excellent service from Mohamed very helpful, nothing was to much trouble he spent a lot of time explaining the product. We would recommend using this for any office space.

I contacted IHS because I wanted a black & a white heating bar. Id already dipped my toe in the water with a small 600 watt far IR heater & decided although it works in a small space I needed something much bigger for the new extension 2400w. They explained the white ones are actually not white but a pale cream. But this was preferable to me than black in that room.

The room is open plan & even though I have three radiators it never gets truly warm but the 2400w IR Heater works well as its not heating the air its heating you & objects such as sofas etc. Ive positioned it to focus its heat on the area of the sofa, the built in thermostat work well. As of the 8/10/22 my smart meter says roughly 1 an hr but as it reaches temperature within 1/2hr which I think is pretty quick (22dg) it switches off so I can only guestimate the true cost is around 65p an hour Ive added it to Smartlife app & I can now turn it on whilst Im in the studio & set the desired temperature.

Ill be ordering the black one for the extension. There is no perfect solution but I think these modern far IR heaters have many benefits over radiators and will save money on my heating bill. IHS were on the ball, invited me to their showroom just a bit far from me. I got next day delivery, & they stayed in touch by telephone text & email. So I can only say Ive had a good experience we have had friends & family around & the far IR bar is a talking point with friends saying they are looking into them. Ill be passing on IHS details.

I am so happy by this purchase for our new house! Thanks to this solution I was able to remove the big old radiators who took all the place and it offered me more space in the house to use every corners. Its very efficient and nice to look. I bought 5 heaters and I am very satisfied with the nice and warm feeling it provides. I personalized all the heaters with a nice image that I bought on Etsy. The best option when interior design matters for you. Iam really thankful to Mohamed who is a real expert and a good adviser!

We now have 5 of the Far IR heaters in a large drafty shop. We have been suprised how much of a diference they have made.

We find the 350 watt FIR heater ideal when sitting at a desk or in a comfy chair a gentle heat which keeps you warm in a cold room. You can run it for hours and only use a unit or two of electricity. Andrew King

Wanted the panel to supplement heating system in a Victorian terrace cottage with solid brick walls. Mounted the panel over Sofa on the ceiling and immediately have felt the benefit

I was looking for an economical form of heating. I'd researched lots and lots and then phone Infrared. One of the directors answered the phone and this company was the only one who offered me with very sound reasoning a cheaper solution than I was originally looking for. They actually went out of their way to provide the right solution for me. I'd contacted over 10 other companies and not one of them gave me anything like this advice. I bought the more expensive solution which was delivered next day. I bought some accessories which in the end I did not need and I returned them for full credit, no hassle at all. This return was handled by another director. If you're looking for infrared, don't waste your time on anybody else, go with these guys. They are competitively priced, offer great advice and first class service.

Infrared heater purchased for our garage. Arrived on time and is exactly what we needed. It heats the garage efficiently and remains reliable and effective.

Everyone at IHS has gone above and beyond offering great advice, next day shipping, and had no issues when I returned one of the panels for a refund that I decided I didn't need. The panels and thermostats themselves are good quality and warm up our flat well as the only source of heating. Very happy with the service, great company.

Initially ordered a 700w panel, however the guys at infrared heating phoned to ask for a bit more information regarding the application I'd be using it for and after a bit of discussion decided to go with another product which was more suitable and is working well heating my living room. I have very high ceilings in an old building and a wet electric central heating system that would cost 350-400 a month of not more in winter if I used it as the main heating for the house.

The infrared heating bar I've got is well made and works well, mounted about 2.5m on the wall above the seating area using a remote to turn on and off which is convenient. It literally uses less than 1/5th of the power per hour than the running the boiler would, so using selective heating like this cuts my overall heating bills in half at least. The guys gave me a phone call at a later date to see how I was getting on and to offer a discount if I required any additional products which was a nice surprise.

If you are shopping around for infrared heaters and going on loads of different sites, I'd definitely recommend these guys as I was impressed with the customer service and the quality and quick delivery of the heater. I'll definitely be ordering again from them if I need anything additional.

I have found these panels very useful. Particularly in shower/wet rooms. Installation is cheap. Just link to a thermostat.

Couldn't recommend enough. I have a flat with double height ceilings that uses electric only. My electric heaters were awful and very expensive to run so I started researching alternative ways to heat my home. After speaking to 4-5 different Infrared heater suppliers I chose this one. They were amazing from start to finish going above and beyond and at a great price.

My heating cost from my panel heaters to the infrared ones have reduced by 1/3 already and are so much more effective! If you have a property with high ceilings or have a large space to heat then these are the perfect option.

Absolutely delighted with my heaters. I have a large Doggy Day Care Unit that was freezing. It is 1200 sqf with high ceilings. I now have four infrared remote controlled heaters, which I only need on for an hour at a time. Customers have also commented. The customer service is excellent, delivery fast, and value for money fantastic. The heaters look amazing, and more importantly are very effective. Will definitely use for future purchases. I purchased several panel heaters from this company and have had them installed for the past two years. In my view they are an excellent product, a very eco friendly method of heating, neat and extremely efficient. i then contacted the company to have thermostats sent to me, which arrived the very next day. The infra-red heating panels look just like the other tiles in our suspended ceiling and are a really neat solution to providing cost effective heating in our production zone.

Buying in the UK turned ou to be more attractive than buying in China! This is a great achievement for IHS.

Infrared Heating Supplies are a great company to work with, superior product with a brilliant before and after sales advice. We use them a lot with our modular buildings, they spec out and tell you exactly what is needed to heat the room/rooms. They are always on hand to give expert advice. Would highly recommend.

I wanted an IR panel but i wanted it to have a picture on it so that it looked like a painting. I trawled the net and eventually found a suitable image. I contacted infrared over the phone and discussed my requirements and they told me it would be possible. They purchased the image for me, from the internet, and had the panel made it was delivered free of charge within 2 weeks.

Unfortunately I was not satisfied with the frame but that's when infrared showed their true colours. They had the frame picked up again free of charge and sent me another one free of charge all within a couple of days. I also decided that I did not require the thermostat that I had originally purchased again they picked it up from me free of charge and refunded my account the same day. This company has been a pleasure to deal with their customer service is second to none if only all company's were like this life would be so much easier.
