All boilers are serviced to the manufactures specification, this involves accessing the heat exchanger, removal of boiler baffles and cleaning out of any debris inside the heat exchanger, check condition of baffles and refit.
Remove burner and check visual condition, remove and replace burner nozzle, check electrodes and ignition, check and clean photo cell unit, check oil pump pressure, refit impellor, clean air intakes, check oil pump pressure, refit burner and check all safety controls operating correctly.

Have you checked the level of oil in your tank?
Have you tried pressing your lockout reset button (you can do this a couple of times)?
This is usually due to air trapped at the top of the radiator.
This can be released through the bleed point at the top of the radiator, using a suitable radiator airing key.
This would indicate the circulation pump or a motorised valve could have failed.
