Wood gasification boiler with speed controlled draught fan (76 W only) for operation independent from chimney draught.

At the approval test by the TV South Germany, the ETA SH with lowest emissions and highest efficiency levels qualified itself clearly as one of the best boilers in its class.
A 90kW ETA wood chip boiler was installed on a pig farm near Frome in Somerset as a heating station.
A purpose built wood chip store and boiler house were erected to protect the system.
Of critical importance was the fact that the boiler must be capable of running 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, 365 days per year to minimise weaner mortality.
A secondary request was for the boiler to burn Miscanthus (Elephant Grass).
The boiler was fitted with flue recirculation in order to burn the high dry matter material.
