Our callout fee covers the engineer travelling to your property and up to an hour on site.
If he can't fix your problem within that time we'll give you a quote for the additonal works required.
This way you know what the total cost of repairs is likely to be.
Free Estimates for larger jobs (4 hours and over) are happily supplied, in writing and with no obligation to use us.

We are very pleased with the new boiler, and impressed with how smoothly the whole process has gone. We received fast responses to our emails, and in a business like manner. They answered our queries and were pleasant and helpful. Brian the engineer was very efficient and organised. He was polite and friendly and was a clean, tidy worker. He arrived on time on both days.

I’ve just had my boiler and 4 radiators replaced. From my initial phone call right through to completion of the installation, everyone I’ve spoken too has been friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The installers even tolerated their work being inspected by my dog every 5 minutes!!

Really happy with our new boiler that was installed recently by the Scott Findlay team. All the engineers were very professional and knowledgeable when I asked random plumbing and heating questions. I liked the text message to advise when engineers were arriving, who arrived on time both days and who were a delight to talk to.
I would highly recommend this local Edinburgh company, not only are their prices competitive and fair, they employ quality engineers who know their stuff.
