First impressions when phoning Homecure Plumbers are always good. The people answering the phone are extremely pleasant, knowledgeable and remember you as a customer. I have used Josh twice. The first time he came, he was incredibly helpful trying to sort out a major water mains leak and joining me in the conversations I had with several third party organisations to sort matters out.
The second time I chose Josh because he knew and understood the "history" of the flat. The work involved servicing the boiler, ensuring that the entire system worked and carrying out some work on the kitchen sink waste. He appreciated that it was not worthwhile doing large amounts of cosmetic plumbing repairs, since the flat was going to be sold and completely refurbished. I would thoroughly recommend Homecure.

We needed someone to fix the heating - boiler quickly. Our tenants needed heat and water. Homecure Plumbers answered our telephone call in a professional way. The engineer came on time and fixed the problem quickly. He was very polite and took an interest in the job. (most don't) The price charged was fair and reasonable. I would use them again. If I'm honest I thought that the reviews were too good to be true but thought I'd take a chance with these guys anyway. All the sinks in my home were blocked and not draining including the washing machine. I called them up for a next day visit and they were super efficient and upfront about costs as well which I really appreciate after being ripped off by plumbers in the past.
Their plumber came out today and completely cleared out all the drains in less than hour. He was pleasant and professional the whole time and gave me a fixed quote. So so glad I found this company : would 10/10 would recommend.

Just my luck that during lockdown my boiler packed up. A good mate of mine recommended Homecure. These guys from start to finish where second to none, what a company! Just had various jobs done by Homesecure Plumbers in my flat. Reasonable prices, efficients and very professional Stuart, the plumber, stayed until 7.30pm to have all things fixed. These guys are great. Very knowledgable, know how to solve a problem and get things done. We had called in a different local plumber at first who took one look at our system and said he couldn't do anything and that our whole system needed replacing. We then called Homecure plumbers for a second opinion and I would say the engineer was there around 20 minutes and had found the route of the problem. Parts were ordered and everything running like clockwork the very next day. Very pleased :
