Kris provides a hightly professional, punctual and competent service without a punitive call out charge. He identified and fixed my underfloor heating emergency after arriving within 1 hour of my call. He was very efficient at returning all of the relevant paperwork and was immediately available for any follow up questions over the phone. I was very pleased with the service and would happily recommend him.

Couldn't speak more highly of Chris. Earlier this week he came to install a new Vaillant boiler and radiator for us. We've used him so many times now whenever we have an issue. He's always punctual, straight to the point and does the job flawlessly. Clearing up all the mess before he leaves. He's without a doubt one of the best plumbers around.

Excellent Service Thank You Christopher. Rang Romford Emergency Plumber and an hour later Christopher was on the door step ready to help. I needed a new shower pump which he kindly went off to purchase and installed. The work was all done within an hour with no fuss. WOW what an amazing and very efficient service indeed. My boiler stopped working this morning. I checked for local boiler repair companies and found Romford Emergency Plumber. I forgot to get the gentleman's name. I called him at 0810 hrs. He said he would be about half hour to forty five min. Turned up half an hour later. Managed to sort the problem out in no time. Got the boiler back up and running. Pleased with the response and service. I would recommend this company for any boiler issues.

Called out on short notice owing to boiler packing up while away from home. The team came out for assessment, diagnostic and recommendation all on a cold Sunday night! Back the next day first thing with parts. Fitted, safety checked and totally happy with their service! Highly recommend! Personable, reasonable rates, clean and tidy. Job well done!

Came out within an hour of Calling and diagnosed the problem. Came back the folding day but unfortunately the boiler needed more parts. Came back again the following day and made the repairs which was great. Had him back a week later to go through the complete system and now working like new. Great guy and new what he was doing so would recommend him to friends and family and all who ask. Great job.

Had a leaking toilet late on a Saturday night in Loughton with water ingressing through the ceiling. Called Romford Emergency Plumber and a chap arrived within 30 minutes. Repaired the toilet and cleared the system within the hour. Highly competent company, easy to deal with and quick to react. 5 star!

Kris is highly skilled professional. He has worked on the plumbing in my house since 2014; installing, maintaining and repairing my boiler, pipes and radiators. I 100% recommend his services and over the 5 years that he has helped me he has been consistently reliable, kind, honest and competent. He has also fitted our underfloor heating. Chris has installed my new Vaillant boiler, on time, on a budget and to a very high standard. He also connected my new gas cooker free of charge. He knows his trade very well and is able to give valuable advice on any heating and plumbing problems. Would definitely recommend as a highly skilled engineer and what is most important he is authorised Vaillant installer which will extend warranty of my boiler.
