Philip installed my gas central heating system. He was professional, knowledgeable and friendly, explaining everything clearly. He turned up when he said he would, giving a 15 minute away text and left the place clean and tidy. I would highly recommend Philip. Philip recently came with his trainee Callum Jones to service my back boiler, as always the service provided was excellent. During the service a fault was found with my boiler this was handled with great professionalism, with Philip trying hard to minimise the disruption to us. Both men were very understanding especially since we have a small baby in the house.
Although the job took four times longer than it should have Philip still charged a very fair price. Callum was very keen to learn how a back boiler worked and paid great attention to detail. I can't praise highly enough their friendliness, professionalism and workmanship

Philip helped me since I bought my flat 5 years ago, he changed and replaced the boiler and as since then he has been coming back for checks /servicing. This company is extremely professional, well priced, on time and tidy (the latest two are hard find!). Thank you so much and I will definitely recommend to anyone needing a gas engineer :)

Our boiler broke whilst we were away over the new year break - Philip came out just a couple of hours after we called, and promptly diagnosed the problem. He completed a partial repair so we had heating immediately, and drove to get a part first thing the next morning, as soon as it was available (due to bank holiday closures), giving us hot water again! We are really pleased to have found such a professional, friendly and knowledgeable company, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Thank you Philip and Darryl!

Philip is a great heating engineer, very professional and reliable. I have used Jones heating previously and was impressed with their customer service so didn't hesitate to use them again for another heating issues. I really appreciate their communication and willingness to help and would recommend them. Philip travelled from Kirkcaldy to Edinburgh very late in the evening to ensure we had heating on a cold winters night. Thanks again for the great service Philip.

Philip always responds quickly when you message him. He is reliable and punctual. He has helped us out quickly and efficiently in an emergency. We have 2 rental properties and we always use Philip for the annual checks and any problems that arise. He has just finished fitting new central heating in one property and arranged interest free credit for us. I would highly recommend Philip Jones To anyone and I have recommended him to friends.
