Under the Gas Safety (Installation and Use) (Amendment) Regulations 2018, landlords are required to have all gas appliances and flues in their properties tested and certified by a Gas Safe registered engineer at least once a year.

I am a Landlord across a number of properties and Stuart of MP plumbing Services has been my regular plumber for the past few years.
His work cant be faulted. He is punctual and very fair. All of my tenants have always reported having a very good relationship with him.

I work for Ocean Estate Agents in. We have used Stuart a few times, most recently for work to our own office in Portishead. He came to the office the following day, identified the problem, drove to the shop to get the part and fixed it straight away.
