The TM44 AC Inspection is a legal requirement for all Air Conditioning Systems with a combined cooling capacity >12kW.
As such you require an Air Conditioning (AC) Inspection legally to comply with Article 9 of the Energy Performance of Buildings Directive (EPBD).
Please note that this is in addition to Fgas requirements.
The Inspection is not part of servicing or maintenance and will not be covered by a maintenance contract.
As the user of this equipment it is your responsibility to ensure you have an AC Inspection report in place and renewed every 5 years.
