Paul Simmons Heating is a family run business, based in Hailsham, East Sussex, specialising in residential boilers, and has been actively repairing and servicing boilers, from many of the major manufacturers, for over 30 years. We are always looking to keep our skills updated and relevant, and have completed all relevant courses with Gas Safe, BPEC, CITB and various other industry bodies and certification programs, as well as attending and completing many manufacturer led and sponsored courses.

We carry a large selection of genuine and manufacturer certified spares and replacement parts, and with over 80% of our fixes completed on the first visit, you can be confident that we can service and fix your boiler quickly and efficiently.

The company was started in 1985, Ilford, Essex, as a small boiler installation company, we have been gradually building up our knowledge and expertise in general boiler installation, servicing and repairs ever since.
In 1986 our senior engineers went to Verona, Italy, to attend training courses for the manufacturer Ferroli, which allowed the company to become approved service and repair agents for them, within the UK, a partnership which continues to this day.
We became known for our high-quality work with Ferroli and in 1986 we were approached by Alpha Heating Innovation, to become one of their official warranty, service and repair agents within the UK, another partnership we are proud to retain.
