Control Technology UK
We manage the design, supply, install and service industrial heating and cooling systems, and their controls at industrial and commercial premises throughout the Midlands and north of England. Talk to us about our building management systems which can link equipment including heating, lighting, compressors and more. A tailored energy management system for your premises centralises the controls of your building's systems to a single location and helps you to save considerably on your heating bills.

We manage the design, supply and install high specification heating systems to CIBSE standards for commercial and industrial clients. Visit our Commercial Heating Installation page to see examples of the projects we have completed for clients in the North of England and the Midlands. Get in touch to discuss your individual requirements with us. We are registered with the Carbon Trust ECA scheme for our own zone controller or Building Energy Management System.

We offer a free specification for the design of our industrial and commercial heating systems to most premises which can be arranged through our offices in Keighley.
Services
We specialise in the supply and installation of energy management systems to all sizes of business and industrial premises.
We provide a free, no obligation site survey, to assess areas of potential savings on your site.
This is followed up by a free report, detailing our recommendations, based on your needs and specifying percentage savings possible.
Our systems will control all types of heating, plus electrics, lighting, cooling, ventilation and process management, providing maximum efficiency with large percentage fuel savings and offering maximum control.
Control Technology UK Ltd have many business references where we have designed and installed heating projects: we are able to design, based on current temperature regulations, U values of buildings and working to CIBSE standards, then follow through with the complete supply and installation and control.
We have a large warehousing area and Head Office.
Our heating system and controls were designed and specified by CT UK LTD: both have served us well over the years.
This is the temperature that we usually think of as air temperature, measured by a regular thermometer exposed to the air stream.
When considering water evaporating into air, the wet-bulb temperature, as compared to the air's dry-bulb temperature, is a measure of the potential for evaporative cooling.
The dry and wet bulb temperature can be used to calculate the relative humidity.
Evaporation will take place when the humidity is below 100% and the air begins to absorb water.
Any given volume of air can hold a certain amount of water vapour and the degree of absorption will depend on the amount it is already holding.
It is well known that heat rises, escaping through windows, walls and roofs.
This results in expensive energy loss and difficulty in heating the air at gound level.
Also, stratification of humidity occurs with higher moisture levels towards the floor area.
This causes condensation, oxidation and environmental discomfort.
Our unit eliminates the stratification of temperature and humidity and creates zonal equilibrium throughout the building.
This destratification unit provides a preventative solution not a corrective one.
We installed the system to centrally monitor the heating around the site, reducing fuel use as well as making management of the site easier and operating from my PC.
Control Technology UK Ltd extended their system to include lighting management.
This has contributed to us being awarded the Carbon Trust coveted Energy accreditation for achievement in energy efficiency.
We have made savings on the lights (45% reduction in 'on' time) and commend CT UK Ltd for the work they have carried out.
The combination of an easy to use system, accurate temperature and time settings from one PC together with the potential savings that were guaranteed to us by CT encouraged us to move ahead.
