G D Jones & Son is an independent family run fuel oil distribution business situated in North Wales supplying Heating Oil, Agricultural and Commercial Fuel Oils to Anglesey and the surrounding areas of Bangor, Llanberis, Caernarfon, Penygroes, Lleyn Peninsula, Porthmadog, Llanrwst, Betws y Coed, Colwyn Bay, Conwy and Llandudno.

Services
First established in 1968 as a coal business trading from the railway goods yard in Gaerwen delivering coal 6 days a week throughout the year, the business quickly gained a reputation for quality products and a high level of service from its customers who then recommended the company to their family, friends and neighbours.
With the decline of solid fuel as a main source of home heating in the 1990's and to meet the changing requirement of its customers, in 1998 the company took the decision to enter the Heating Oil market and purchased a four wheeled tanker.

We have regular daily delivery routes around North West Wales and the majority of our customers orders are delivered within 2 working days.
We understand that sometimes you're just to busy to check your oil tank and you can get caught with no fuel at a time when you most need it.
When this happens we will always try our best to get fuel to you as soon as we can, usually on the same day.
We have a fleet of modern fuel tankers which are on hand ranging from a 44t articulated vehicle to a 7 1/2t baby tanker for those properties with difficult access.

Although G D Jones & Son Ltd only buy fuels from the major oil companies who only refine the best quality crude oils; it should be noted that these fuels are manufactured to the set British & European Standards; any additional qualities/additives/enhancers that the manufacturers add to this fuel would come at a cost, thus will disadvantage the manufacturer when selling its Standard product on the open market.
This means that this quality fuel will work for broad range of equipment designed and manufactured to work using it; however this does not necessarily mean that it's the best the fuel can be for your appliance or engine.
