We also offer a service to new home buyers checking and testing the gas heating system and plumbing on the property they wish to purchase.
Gas Safety Inspection Certificates: As a Landlord you are responsible for the safety of your tenants, therfore you should ensure all gas appliances in your properties are safe to use, work correctly and are safe guarded against the dangers of carbon monoxide by having a Landlord Gas Safety Certificate (CP12) which must be carried out annually and before new tenants occupy your property.
