Having worked for so many employers before I finally decided to take the plunge and open my own startup, that's how Quantum Solutions Merton Ltd was established in 2012. Initially contacted few tradesmen I knew well from previous jobs and asked them if interested to work together on a few projects, as subcontractors on a price-work basis. Started with small plumbing & heating projects and focused on quality, always keeping the customer happy.
With time we managed to build a solid customer base so that now over 80% of our projects come through recommendations from previous satisfied clients. We are based in Morden and our working area covers mostly Wimbledon, Merton, Raynes Park, Sutton, Carshalton, Reigate and Banstead, Epsom, Headley, Merstham, Dorking, Redhill and surrounding areas. Regulated services such as gas and electrical works and others are carried out by Gas Safe & NICEIC approved engineers, all work being certified upon completion.
As it happens I'm undergoing the Gas Courses myself at Carshalton College so looking forward to have this qualification too sometime 2020.

The way we prefer to work is that we agree the layout, patterns and most details with client (or architect, interior designer etc) then we schedule a time slot.
Before commencing site works arrangements must be made so all/most main materials, such as bathroom suite, tiles, electrical fixtures and appliances, would be already on site.
We do supply the plumbing fittings and other relevant general building materials (tile adhesives, primers, grout, consumables etc).
The way we prefer to work is that we agree the layout, patterns and most details with client (or architect, interior designer etc) then we schedule a time slot.

Radiator valves blockage, thus resulting in incorrect operation of the valve, no flow in radiator.
Pump getting hot, noisy, leading to pump failure.
Sludge and black oxides in the system are magnetic and abrasive thus increasing shaft and wearing bears, eventually leading to pump seizure.
The frequent cool central bottom area of a radiator indicates a build-up of black sludge sediment that restricts flow and reduces heat.
Top of the radiator stays cold, that's because air or gases (hydrogen being a by-product of electrolytic corrosion) accumulation.
