Services
GasSafe Stafford was established in 1999 to fill an ever growing void within the STAFFORDSHIRE COUNTY for a Quality Domestic Heating Installation Company that could successfully bridge the gap between the small installer and British Gas.
We recognised that Staffordshire was calling out for a domestic heating installation company that could offer expert advice and quality installations at realistic prices yet still give the same peace of mind as the large Multi-nationals.
Whether it's a new central heating system, a replacement boiler, or a full controls upgrade, GasSafe Stafford will offer you the good quality advice and recommend the most efficient products for your property & lifestyle requirements.

Gas safety record is a record, also referred to as a certificate, that is required by law to be held for all rental accommodation in the UK where there are gas appliances present.
The requirement is enshrined in the Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations 1998.
The law requires all gas appliances in a rented property to be checked annually, with a gas safety record being completed and a copy provided to tenants.
Check for physical stability, presence and effectiveness of stability brackets (where appropriate).

One of the most important gas safety measures you can take could also save you money.
Keep your boiler serviced regularly and it will keep your energy consumption down and keep you safe!
Just because your boiler is working does not mean it is running efficiently or safely.
A un serviced boiler may be burning more gas than it should, it may be getting clogged up and it could leak carbon monoxide (CO).
If there is too little air or the air vent, chimney or flue is blocked, any carbon monoxide produced cannot escape.

Over the last 25 years in the UK the fully pumped, open vented system has become the number one choice of installation whether it's for new build or is a replacement system.
This is the standard open vented system as above with both the domestic hot water and central heating both controlled on the same single pumped circuit from the boiler.
Such a system provides increased control over domestic hot water heating and quicker heating times which in turn lead to better system performance and increased efficiency.

A combination (or combi) boiler is like a standard unvented boiler, only with a second heating circuit (the domestic hot water circuit) to provide instant hot water on demand - thus the name 'combination boiler'.
In an age where space is a highly sought after commodity, combination boilers are understandably becoming ever more popular.
All water tanks in the loft and even the domestic hot water cylinder are done away and hot water is heated instantaneously, on demand by the boiler.
They are ideal for flats and smaller households with low/ infrequent hot water consumption, especially where space is at a premium, but for homes with more than one bathroom it is generally worth considering stored hot water by means of a cylinder.
