A family run Plumbing & Heating engineering company serving the Mid-Sussex area for well over 35 years. We are still operating as normal during the lockdown period but with the following guidelines, as always we will give priority to our customers without heating and/or hot water. Engineers will notify us if they display any symptoms & will been instructed that they must self-isolate if they or any members of their household do show signs of the virus.
Social distancing of 2 meters is required at all times. We trust our customers will support our engineers and maintain a safe distance whilst they are at the property, this means opening the door to us and all family members stay in another room until we have left your premises. Our engineers all carry personal protective equipment that can safeguard the working environment.
The engineer will let you know when he has finished and the office will call you with any return visit information and parts that maybe required. We are providing our engineers with regular updates and coaching on hygiene and how to deal with their work in these situations as and when the guidelines change.
