We install, service and maintain all types of domestic gas boilers. Our team of experienced, fully qualified and certified engineers cover a wide area and will always guarantee excellent service and competitive rates. All our boiler installations and central heating upgrades are carried out by Gas Safe registered installers and can provide help and advice to make sure you get the right boiler for your property.

By using our Gas Safe registered gas engineers you can be sure your new boiler will be brought up to date to the current regulations in the industry. We've been providing expert service to our customers since 1999, and we're very proud of how many of them keep coming back to us again and again. Marross are pleased to announce another approval to their collection - this time from safecontractor.

Safecontractor approval gives Marross extra credentials by proving that standards of health and safety on sites are at an excellent level whilst continuing to improve further. Safecontractor run a health and safety assessment scheme that is recognised by clients all across the UK.

Marross was set up in 1999 by directors Mark and Ross.
Between them they have over 40 years' experience in the trade and both started off with a four year apprenticeship with British Gas.
Spotting the need for an independent, reliable and customer-focussed service, they set up Marross and have never looked back.
Now they employ a team of engineers across East Anglia, are preferred suppliers for Corgi, and take on new apprentices themselves to train towards their qualifications.
Their commitment to the future of the industry is testament to their passion and dedication.
Payment can be by cash, cheque, BACS, debit or credit card (please note there is a 2.5% service charge on credit card payments).
You can pay up front, on the day or we can invoice you afterwards, whatever suits you.
Existing customers who service their boilers with us get a preferential rate on their service bill.
Everyone with a gas boiler needs to have it serviced regularly, and we try to make things as simple and convenient for our customers as possible.
Each year we send out a reminder before the service is due.
We then arrange a convenient time to come and service your boiler, which usually takes around an hour.
Should a part need repairing or replacing we will often be able to resolve it straight away from the spare parts we carry.
If we do need to order something specially, we will check costs and availability while we are still with you so you know exactly how much it will cost, and when we will be returning to fit it.
We work with a number of estate agents and letting agencies to provide full boiler servicing and installation services on a contract basis.
We were really pleased with the service from Marross, they came quickly to replace our boiler to a very high standard, the engineers had a great attitude and were very helpful and took the time to answer any questions and make sure we were happy with the service and install.
They walked us through the functions of the new boiler and made sure we knew how to work it.

For many clients, we install a boiler which we will then continue to service for its entire life, and then install its replacement when the time comes.
