EPH recently refitted our family bathroom. Rob helped us design it after listening to eat we were after and after a few tweaks we had chosen everything. I phoned about 6 companies listed in a local guide, and EPH was the first and only company to call me back. From my first contact with them, they were exceptionally polite and helpful. I needed a gas service as part of the Homes for Ukraine scheme. They managed to squeeze in an appointment for me within about a weeks' notice, which was perfect. They arrived and carried out the service as professionally as you would hope, then they said they would do the check free of charge, as it was for a Ukraine. This was more generous than we could have hoped for and made it so much less stressful to welcome our guest. It says a lot about the company that they are not profit-driven, they are people driven.
Next time I need anything to do with plumbing/boilers, I will not hesitate to contact such a professional and kind company. Thank you!
