Manco Energy are the sole importer of the Ventus 2400 bale dryer, installers of CHP & ORC units and have worked with several belt dryer manufacturers. Linka manufacture biomass boilers from 250kw up to 35Mw, to date we have supplied and installed over 300 boilers throughout the UK, predominantly within agriculture, horticulture and poultry. Manco Energy also supply and fit waste compliant (WID) boilers along with steam boilers. Manco Energy have made installations all over the UK, predominately 1Mw.
We have connected to many different heat loads including district heating systems, flow and floor grain dryers, commercial glass houses, poultry sheds and large belt dryers. Manco Energy was formed in 1998 by Mick Richards who is the Director of the business.
Mick was an early adopter of biomass heating systems and after several years made an alliance with Linka Energy.
Manco Energy was born out of a desire to find a solution to using straw as an efficient energy source, Mick Richards Agriculture was and is a large straw contracting business and has a large customer base, and therefore access to a large quantity of straw bales.
In the late 90's Manco Energy was established to supply and fit biomass boilers, initially locally - East Yorkshire, but demand grew.
